Business Development Representative

About You

We look for candidates with the ability to work with a senior sales executive, and quickly build rapport with customers, help resolve their business challenges, and move the sale process forward. You appreciate making things simple. You're a natural at connecting with people on the phone and in person, and identifying benefits and creating value.

About the Position

Your basic function is to work & collaborate with select Senior Account Executives to schedule introductory calls and online demonstrations, and to ultimately help to attain the Territory Quarterly Quota.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively seek to generate leads (by telephone, direct mail, and email)
  • Conduct high level conversations with both Box Office Managers and Senior Executives in prospect accounts
  • Schedule live system demonstrations
  • Build proposals and test-accounts as needed
  • Manage new business through the on-boarding process
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date pipeline using Salesforce.com CRM
  • Always act in the best interest of the company

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid grasp of Google Docs
  • Proven track record of success
  • Ability to think on your feet and sell creatively (a natural)
  • Polished phone skills
  • Confident and persuasive personality
  • Fast learner, self-starter, problem solver, positive attitude
  • Great references
  • 4 year college degree
  • Sense of humor doesn't hurt
